FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process the order?
Typically 5-7 business days. 
You can expect your order to arrive between 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.   

How is the item packaged?
Both prints and originals paintings are safely packaged in a carton tube with protective paper inside. 

Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship internationally.

As a Swiss costumer, do I have to pay custom fees?
Even though, I'm based in Switzerland, all Fine art prints are printed in the Netherlands for orders coming from Europe. Therefore, for Swiss customers there will be customs fees to pay for an order over 65 CHF.

Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Limited editions prints from my paintings and original paintings do come with a certificate of authenticity. 
Limited editions Monograms, Love series, Butterfly effect, don't come with a certificate of authenticity, but are sent with a personalised note and packaged by me with love and care :) 

Are all your prints and originals send from your studio?
In order to cut on shipping cost, I've decided that all fine art prints are send directly by the printer. They have very competitive prices when it comes to shipping. I'm still understanding which way is the best, so it may change in the future. If it changes, I will update you :) 

Original paintings and limited editions are processed directly by me.

How do I take good care of my purchased artwork?
I recommend to frame the painting/print behind glass to help protect it from dust and sunlight (preferably not in direct sunlight as it will fade with time). Your painting/print will be shipped in a tube or in a flat sturdy envelope. If rolled, please lay the print out flat for a couple of hours before framing.
